Project Engineer
Jacob joined Groff Networks in 2019 as a Project Technician. Prior to Joining Groff, he spent 2 years working with Microsoft supporting Office 365 and helped set up an enterprise-level help desk. Jacob graduated from Schenectady County Community College with an A.A.S in Computer Networking Systems and Cybersecurity. At Groff, Jacob handles the execution of projects.
In his spare time, Jacob enjoys going to concerts and skating with his friends. Jacob is devoted to providing a superb end-user experience with technology, so our clients can be more efficient with their workday.
