Network Support Services:
Desktop services
- Desktop support – includes installation and troubleshooting of desktop software, hardware, and application installations.
Network services
- WAN network support and installation - configuration and troubleshooting router configuration; serve as liaison between company and their ISP; assist in WAN upgrades
- Network analysis – Analysis of network and propose solutions to enable company to operate more efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to: server and rack acquisition and installation; application installation and roll-out; and backup service support.
Server and Rack Support
- Installation of rack hardware; run network drops;
- Install and maintain servers and peripheral equipment (e.g. tape drives, external arrays),
- Analysis of power requirements and installation of enterprise UPS
Data Security Services:
- Data Security support: Installation and support of VPN, Virus protection, SPAM filters, and Spyware protection. Install and support of intrusion detection and/or prevention.
- Data Security analysis: Analysis of current network and data infrastructure;implementation of recommendations.
